Replaced leaking sump assembly. Unit tested good

"From day one unit is leaking water out the freezer door. Steamed out evap drain but no water was collecting in the condenser pan, no hole in the drip tray for water to drain out into the pan-could not bust through drain hole due to a hard obstruction. Called Techline-unit is being submitted for review SR#7740358671. ; schdld next appmnt for 12/6 FRI !"

Error code F6E3-communication error. Replaced bad console. Ran a diagnostic cycle-unit tested good

Hinges are hyper extended and upper inner door is separating. Quoted customer to replace door and hinges but they declined the repair.
