Tech (Anthony) was very knowledgeable and did not treat us like we didn't matter or that we were not very smart. This may not sound like an important fact but our last repairman acted like my husband and I were stupid. At least that was the impression he gave us. Does not make for great customer relations. Anthony was very polite and did a great job. We are happy with the results. Thank you.
