Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. My mechanical mind husband wasn't able to be there, answered all my questions clearly. Used the slider under the fridge to protect the floor even though it was a bit of a struggle. Great effort!

Tech did hear thumping of drum, said it was normal and wouldn't know how to go about checking further.. job receipt stated ,,Could not duplicate issue, Inspected, nothing found ???..I'm not a dryer technician however I'm old enough and I've had many dryers to know thumping not normal operation...and would have appreciated an actual inspection of rollers etc by taking the effort to remove top of cabinet,drum etc.. rather than standing there looking at dryer ...guess things are done differently now a days.. certainly glad service call wasn't out my pocket...easy $$
