Customer stated that they can multiple different sounds coming from unit. After inspecting unit i found a vibration coming from the stacked unit-leveled unit. Replaced blower wheel. Unit tested good

Customer stated that power was repaired to unit but the unit is still not working. TML cutoff tested bad. Replaced cutoff. Unit tested good ; used 1 279816 (Cutoff) from stock

Customer stated that unit is not heating. I verified the issue. I tested the power and L1 has no voltage-L2 has 120-L1 to L2 has 120. Thermostats and thermal fuse tested good. I explained to the customer that the issue is with the power going to the unit. Unit tested good.

"Customer states that unit is filling with water but wont do anything after that. Diag found stored code f2e1 stuck key. Ran diagnotstics the unit cuts all power as soon as it goes to spin mode. All other functions are normal. Attempted to recallibrate and powercuts off immediately. Installing a shift actuator for a possible dc short and not correct the issue. Unit needs main pcb, ordered part.; ordrng 1 W11603811 (Main pcb), used 1 WPW10006355 (Shift actuator) from stock"
