Customer complaint is ice maker is not working. I inspected the lower door harness and found 4 wires that are cut. These cut wires are going to ice maker which is causing no ice production and will need door replaced because harness cannot be replaced.

Took unit apart found a pistachio nut between seal and the drum. I also cleaned off the roller shaft and vacummed all the lint from the inside. Customer wants belt replace theirs spots where its fraying. ; ordrng 1 Wpw10198086 (Belt)

Checked error codes found code for off balance pause. I was able to run a diag cycle. I then took off lid lock and started a cycle so I could show Cusotmer that it is working properly. Informed Cusotmer that if shes going to wash a rug to throw in something else to even out the weight.

I ran a diag cycle while watching the drain hose connection on the back and did not see leaks. I then started a normal cycle and watched still did not see leaks. I took off the drain hose and back panel inspected inside unit I did not see any signs of leaks or water marks. Started a quick wash again then canceled to get unit to drain. I could not duplicate leak issue.

Replaced water valve and ran a diagnostic cycle. Unit no longer leaks.
