Everything was great except for the following week Andres called me on his cell phone and I don't answer calls I don't know. He should have the company call or tell the customer he's going to use his cell phone the next week to give the heads up I'm on my way call.

On time. Very courteous and respectful of my property putting on boot protectors. He KNEW his product and was very efficient with the replacement part. Did it quickly and DID make sure it was perfect before he left. Friendly and I would recommend him. I was concerned that when I booked my apt. they did not give him exact details on how to find my condo. Difficult to find unit numbers in this complex. Otherwise, I would use your service again!
