Customer stated that unit is not filling and when its shows 1 minute to completion but it never completes cycle. Error code F8E1-long fill. After inspecting the unit i discovered that the valve and control tested bad. Replaced Square Trade provided control and valve. Calibrated unit and ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Unit tested good
