When gearcase broke it took out tge motor shifter. Belt and pulley. Sprayed oil all over entire bottom of machine WH03X33729 gearcase WH49X25376 motor WH03X30517 shifter WH03X30517 clutch. WH03X32097 pulley. WH01X27538 belt. WH03X32218 pulley WH43X30957 agitater ; ordrng 1 WH03X33729 (Gearcase) and 1 WH49X25376 (Motor) and 1 WH03X30517 (Shifter) and 1 WH03X30517 (Clutch) and 1 WH03X32097 (Pulley) and 1 WH01X27538 (Drive belt) and 1 WH03X32218 (Motor pulley) and 1 WH43X30957 (Agitater)

As soon as I hung up from whirlpool the Tech emailed gave schedule date, confirmed date and a approximate time Gave me a tracking schedul could follow morning of appointment. He Called when on his way. Was polite courteous and cared anbout my questions. Very pleased.
