Unit has no model tag or info. I explained to the customer to go back to Lowes and explain that unit is not serviceable without tag.

"I replaced vent motor. Gasket and door harness. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit filled then displayed the F10E4 error and canceled the cycle. Ordering sensor W11410464, sump assembly W11416362, diverter disc W11662107, control W11629911 and harness W11568793. ; ordrng 1 W11410464 (Sensor) and 1 W11416362 (Sump assembly) and 1 W11662107 (Diverter disc) and 1 W11629911 (Control) and 1 W11568793 (Main harness)"

Unit not heating. Element tested bad. Replaced element. Unit tested good
