Customer stated that she can smell gas when trying to run a bake cycle. Upon arrival has was turned off to unit by the gas company. After inspecting unit i found that the gas valve tested bad. Replaced gas valve. I turned gas on to unit to test and the unit tested good. I turned gas back off so gas company can inspect. Called safety SR#7737447919. Unit tested good

"Customer stated that the fresh food door is squeaking. After inspecting the unit i applied a silicone grease to the bottom door hinge, noise is no longer present. Unit tested good"

"Replaced door rail left & right, hinges left & right and inner door. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that door is not closing correctly. After inspecting unit i found a failure in the left hinge that caused the inner door to buckle out. "Customer stated vent fan is blowing food from stove top into house. Checked and found no error codes, all functions as expected. Microwave checks good."
