Customer cancelled at the door G@G was already there and repaired unit

"Customer stated that unit is not heating. After inspecting unit i found that the element, thermostats and thermistor tested good. With the unit not running L1 to N is 106 - V L2 to N is 120v L1 to L2 is 216. With unit running L1 to N 120v , L2 to N is 120v , L1 to L2 is 0 volts indicating a bad breaker. I explained to the customer that this is an electrical issue. Unit tested good."

"Customer stated that the dishes are not drying. No codes. After running a diagnostic cycle i confirmed that the heater tested good. I found that the rinse aide dial was turned all the way up -customer is on city water, i turned dial to 2 and explained to the customer how it works and to adjust as needed, also suggested to use a hi-temp wash and run the hot water tap for 20 seconds before starting a cycle. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that unit is not draining well. Error codes F2E1-stuck button , F7E1-tachometer missing , F0E9-ob pause & F0E5-off balance. I ran a diagnostic test cycle in which i discovered that the gearcase, dampers, and actuator all tested bad. Oil got into the motor and actuator. Ordering gearcase W11449840, cam W10721967, motor W11026785, belt W11239857, actuator W10913953, basket W11178224 and dampers W11396716; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 W11396716 (Dampers) and 1 W11178224 (Basket)"

Customer stated that unit is not powering on. After inspecting the unit i discovered that the unit is not getting 240v. I explained to the customer that the issue is with the electric going to the unit.
