Unit not starting cycle. Error code F7E1-tach missing. After inspecting unit i found that the belt had popped off due to loose pulley-tightened pulley & reinstalled belt. Ran a diagnostic cycle-unit tested good

Replaced thermistor and IM. Removed ice from evaporator. Cycled IM. Unit tested good

Ran washer. Washer has grinding noise removed gearcase cover machine is covered in oil from gearcase ordering gearcase w114544734; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase)

Unit has bad heater. Replaced heating element. Ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Left old heater with customer. Unit tested good ; used 1 W11537778 (Heater) from stock

"low pressure -19. Charged with 140 lbs of nitrogen, lost 8psi in 20 minutes. I could not find a visible leak. Called Techline and they are submitting the product for review SR#7738118252"
