Installed new refrigerator gasket. With sealant tested good; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10838574 GASKET

Customer states. That refrigerator door gasket is broke door gasket is broke ordering gasket. W10838574 door gasket refrigerator. Customer would like after 1 pm due to working nights; ordrng 1 W10838574 (Door gasket)

After further inspection i discovered that the noise that the customer is hearing is refrigerant running through the lines in the liner when the compressor is running on high speed. I explained to the customer that this is internal. Unit tested good

"Customer stated that she can still hear a ticking sound. After inspecting unit with the service tool i was able to confirm that the knocking sound the customer is hearing when the compressor is running on high speed. Ordering compressor, drier, R600 (69grams) and lokrings ; ordrng 1 WR97X25268 (7/5) and 2 WR97X10036 (8/6)s and 2 WR97X10033 (6/4)s and 2 WR98X35 (R600a 35 grams)s and 1 WR87X32290 (Compressor) and 1 WR87X30875 (Drier)"

Replaced air tower and damper. Noise was not longer present. Unit tested good
