Washer was full of water on arrival. Drain pump runs but does. It pump. Found that the impeller is not longer attached to the pump shaft. Replaced drain pump. Ran diagnostics and calibration. Tested ok. ; used 1 Sh (Sh) from stock

Customer concerned with taste/odor of ice. The customer has a braided stainless steel water line. This is Lilly causing the issue. Recommending that the customer have a qualified plumber install a copper water line per w10535152

Customer concerned with water level and poor spin speed. Found water level was off. Calibration corrected water level. Customer to monitor.
