The technician was very pleasant ,on time and seem to be very knowledgeable. .The first time he was here he checked out to see exactly what the problem was and ordered parts that he needed to fix the refrigerator. It worked for a short period of time and than it totally stopped working.
Threw out a lot of spoiled food and it was frustrating to wait for the parts to come and to shedule a new appointment. When he came back had all the things that where needed and other things and the refrigerator has been working as it should. Gave me some pointers on how to set temperature and other tips . Very nice and helpful.
Appliance Tec is a company that still believes in customer satisfaction from my experience. Would definitely recommend.

It took a bit of doing to finally get a number to call for Whirlpool Service.
Finally got to speak with a representative ,who was very pleasant ,set up an a appointment for me and the rest was easy.
Appliance Technician was very pleasant explained everything and was helpful.
