Checked oven temps. Found sensor connector was adding resistance to circuit. Re secured sensor. Tests ok

Cleaned out drain filter and found a plastic bag inside causing blockage. Put unit back together and tested it. Unit now drains

Unit is stacked in a small closet. Unit cannot be pulled out because water lines are not long enough. Customer is going to call installers to see if they can uninstall unit and will give us a call back when it is. ; O-emld tckt

Suspension is faulty causing excessive out of balance situations. Unit needs suspension. Customer no longer wants to proceed with repair.

F5E1 Lid lock error. Replaced lid lock and tested unit . Unit tested good
