I work in medical. We are trained to asked questions first then diagnose. He came in and I was going through the list of problems. Everything I said he came back with It’s normal or that I’m doing something wrong. I told him that it’s not drying properly. 3 days later I still have water on the sides and bottom of dishwasher. I mentioned that there is about 2 to 3 inches of water where the filter is. He told me that was normal. So his conclusion was that the dishwasher was over sudsing. That’s why I had so much water. I was told to run it for 3 days without soap and that should fix it. At the end I asked him to write down everything he told me. He refused to write that he said it was normal to have 2-3 inches of water. And other things we had discussed. I am asked why he wouldn’t write it down. He got very defensive and keep calling me rude, because I was asking him to backup what he was telling me. I’ve run the dishwasher for 3 days and I still have left over water in my dishwasher. I will need another repair person to come out again.
