Customer returned appliance to store. Cancelled appointment

Unit has F2E0 error code for keypad not responding. I took off the UI and adjusted the ribbon going from main control to the UI and it started responding. Issue is ribbon not communicating. I reccomended replacing the ribbon. CUSTOMER WANTS PART SHIPPED TO HIS HOUSE HE WILL INSTALL. ; ordrng 1 W11025616 (Harness)

"Unit will not spin in normal operation, will spin during spin test in diagnostics. Ran drain and spin cycle with empty basket and unit will not advance beyond 10 minute mark and time will reset back to 13. Unit is sensing unbalanced load even without laundry. No software update available through service tool. Ordering control board.; ordrng 1 WH22X36858 (Control)"

"Unit has F8E1 error code and cold water is slow to fill. Found debris in valve screen. Cleaned screen on washer and tested, unit tested good."

Unit has failed wash motor and sump screen damaged. Need sump and screen.; ordrng 1 WPW10463906 (Screen) and 1 W11025157 (PUMP&MOTOR)
