"Ran a diagnostic mode and found that gearcase is bad is grinding and also agitater. Is slipping due too gears being shredded on agitater basket has oxidation and also suspension rods tested bad customer states that any l8ad it shakes extremely. A lot W11550891 agitater W11513244 basket. W11449840 gearcase W11130362 suspension rods ; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitater), rqstng P&A on 1 W11513244 (Basket) and 1 W11449840 (Gearcase), ordrng 1 W11130362 (Suspension rods)"

Josh was very professional. Did his job. Guess I would not recommend anyone to buy this dryer. Not really energy efficient. And didn't realize it wasn't a good fit, because of how far away my outside vent is. Josh gave his opinion on something that would help. So I had to spend more money. Guess I should have purchased a more expensive dryer.

Only took a few moments. Nowhere in the Maytag installation. operations manual, nor trouble shooting section does it tell you to hit the cancel button on the stove to energize the gas solenoid valve. Might be something to tell Maytag to save unnecessary service calls.
