"Checked error codes did not find any, ran a diagnostic cycle successfully. Unit seemed to have gone out of balanced and stopped cycle. Shower customer how to cancel a cycle or pause a cycle to move clothes around and continue."

Replaced harness and control due to evap thermistor error. Customer to test when they are going to be home to monitor.

SR7738331476diagnosed unit again with techline now that the unit has been powered on since last visit. Evap thermistor has failed preventing harvest. Unit harness must be replaced with control. Ordering both. ; ordrng 1 W11123917 (Harness) and 1 W11034363 (Control)
