Jeff Miceli started Appliance Tec in Rochester, NY in 2003. A 2nd generation veteran in the appliance service industry Jeff understands you have many choices of appliance service providers. His “do what it takes to satisfy the customer” philosophy sets his company apart from the rest and has made Appliance Tec what it is today. Jeff’s fundamental goal is to deliver exceptional customer service to all clients in Rochester and the Northern Finger Lakes regions. Appliance Tec's determination and reputation for quality lead them to develop strong relationships with major manufacturers such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchenaid and Jenn-Air as well as being a service provider for Lowes, N.E.W, and Assurant.

We use smaller, fuel-efficient vans, a paperless system that lead to a 90% reduction in paper use, and used electronic parts will be sent to a computer recycling company for processing. 100% of those components are recycled into other products for continued consumer use. Through our work and business practices, we not only ensure the satisfaction of our clients, but aid in preserving our resources and the environment we all live in.
